Department of Basic Sciences includes Anatomy, Dental Anatomy & Oral Physiology, Biochemistry, and Physiology. The dental undergraduates spend their first five terms in this department learning the normal structure and function of the human body. The teaching programme includes of lectures, practical, tutorials, and dissections.
