A Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) Workshop was held on 8 November 2025 at the Faculty of
Dental Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (FDS, USJP) for students of the 1st batch.
The session featured Prof. Sobia Zafar from the University of Queensland and was conducted
by Dr. Shashini Navarathne, Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, Teaching Hospital Rathnapura.
The workshop enhanced students’ understanding of the clinical application of SDF in modern
dental practice.
